Preparation of the drink involves mixing a teaspoon of vegetable seeds in a glass of water and leaving the infusion overnight. In the morning, the drink should be strained and drunk.
The weight loss process, in addition to a balanced diet, should also include proper hydration techniques. The daily intake of water should be a minimum of 1.5 liters of fluids. Ajwain seeds speed up metabolism, improve digestion and make it easier for the body to absorb nutrients contained in the diet. The spice also has an anti-inflammatory effect, so it is especially recommended for women after childbirth. A drink prepared on the basis of ajwain seeds, taken regularly, helps in fighting constipation and diarrhea, as it supports the functioning of intestines. An additional effect of the infusion is the strengthening of the immune system. To prepare the drink, you need two teaspoons of roasted seeds, which should be steeped in a glass of water. The infusion should stand overnight in a warm room so that the microelements from the spice can absorb the liquid. After straining it is ready for consumption.
