Known in Poland as fennel, this vegetable has a positive effect on the digestive system, supports metabolism, helps reduce bloating and relieve symptoms of indigestion. Fennel seeds have diuretic properties, so they support antioxidant activity and additionally help cleanse the body of harmful toxins. The detoxification process supports the slimming effect and helps to get rid of excess weight. Preparation of the drink involves mixing a teaspoon of vegetable seeds in a glass of water and leaving the infusion overnight. In the morning, the drink should be strained and drunk.

Water with lemon

The weight loss process, in addition to a balanced diet, should also include proper hydration techniques. The daily intake of water should be a minimum of 1.5 liters of fluids. Water nourishes the skin, facilitates digestion, aids in the transport of nutrients to specific parts of the body, and removes toxins. When choosing water, pay attention to its composition, it should contain in itself magnesium, iron calcium and vitamins. It is worth adding slices of fresh lemon to water, which is rich in vitamin C, supports metabolic processes, facilitates digestion and reduces the feeling of appetite.

Tea

In addition to specially prepared infusions, tea is also effective in maintaining a diet. The most effective is the one made of green leaves, which reduces the risk of certain diseases, including atherosclerosis, promotes proper digestion and is a source of free radicals. Regular drinking of green tea promotes the secretion of gastric juices, increases the feeling of satiety, cleanses the body of harmful toxins, and additionally has a diuretic effect. For people who do not like the taste of green tea, it is recommended to drink various types of herbal infusions and teas. The process of digestion is accelerated, among others, by drinks prepared from mint, chamomile or lemon balm, which reduce flatulence and facilitate the work of the digestive system.

Aywain water

Ajwain seeds speed up metabolism, improve digestion and make it easier for the body to absorb nutrients contained in the diet. The spice also has an anti-inflammatory effect, so it is especially recommended for women after childbirth. A drink prepared on the basis of ajwain seeds, taken regularly, helps in fighting constipation and diarrhea, as it supports the functioning of intestines. An additional effect of the infusion is the strengthening of the immune system. To prepare the drink, you need two teaspoons of roasted seeds, which should be steeped in a glass of water. The infusion should stand overnight in a warm room so that the microelements from the spice can absorb the liquid. After straining it is ready for consumption. It is recommended to drink ajwain water about 30 minutes before eating breakfast.
