The Condition of Your Hair and Your Health

In many cases, poor hair health is a symptom of health problems or vitamin and mineral deficiencies. If your hair is particularly brittle, dry and falling out, you probably lack micro- and macroelements, especially elements such as iron, sulfur, magnesium and B vitamins. In this situation, it is worth reaching for natural supplements for healthy hair. A big positive change may also be a change in your diet. In order to have beautiful hair, it is worth introducing black currants, blueberries, raspberries, citrus fruits, peppers, kale, spinach, eggs, nuts, oilseeds, green vegetables, and whole grain bread to your diet.

However, if the condition of your hair is bothering you and supplements aren’t working, it’s worth getting tested. Weak and brittle hair and, above all, unusually high hair loss may be one of the first symptoms of diabetes, anaemia, hyper- or hypothyroidism and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Inadequate Care

Every hair is different, and as a result, each of us should have our own individual hair care routine. Sometimes it happens that we choose the wrong cosmetics for our hair and therefore its condition weakens. So how do you choose the right hair care products?

Low-Perflected Hair

Low-Perflected hair is smooth and does not tend to frizz. Although they do not have problems with split ends or dry strands, caring for their hair can be quite a challenge. It is easy to place a lot of weight on thin hair. The result is a limp appearance and an oily scalp. If you have such hair, it is best to use products with gentle ingredients and a lightweight formula. It is best to keep your hair cosmetically minimal and to avoid using too many products in one go.

Medium-Rough Hair

As a rule, medium-porous hair is quite well moisturized and is often referred to as normal and rather problem-free. However, medium-porous hair is characterized by split ends and it is therefore important to choose products that help repair and rebuild the hair. If you don’t take care of it, your hair will look dry and damaged. Products with creatine and silk are a great hair care product. Oiling your hair with oils such as almond, argan, macadamia, hazelnut, prune or grapeseed oil may also prove to be very effective

High-Perforated Hair

Very refined hair is the most demanding in terms of hair care. They have a high tendency to split ends and dryness. They are often damaged by styling or colouring. It is often fly-away and difficult to comb. This makes the hair extremely difficult to tame, but it is not impossible. The most important thing is to deeply moisturize and rebuild the hair. The best solution in this case are products rich in macromolecular proteins and various oils, such as linseed, hemp, sunflower, pumpkin seed, raspberry seed, evening primrose and grape seed oils. Shea butter can also help in smoothing highly porous hair.
